We have a Central England challenge for you (and you’ll need a large suitcase). With the seaside towns of Lincolnshire, the Peak District of Derbyshire, the Cotswold Way of Gloucestershire and the Shakespeare country of Warwickshire – for starters – each of the several Central England counties is good for weeks of giddy freedom. But if you resolve to limit yourself to a mere fortnight of giddy freedom for each county, you can visit all of them during a mere few months off work. Lots of yays.
As you’ll only have two weeks in each county for the challenge, best to do your research: have a look at the Local attractions tabs on our Central England campsite and caravan park listings for info on what to do as well as local pubs, walks, must-sees and cycle routes.
Not sure which of our Central England campsites to start your epic journey at? Browse our 80+ filters to find parks according to leisure and amenities on site, what to do nearby, type of camping accommodation or dozens more; campsites are also searchable by date, price, user review and tourist board rating.
