DéfiPlanet' is a unique eco-friendly holiday park set in a 47-hectare park. The park's aim is to save the planet and preserve the natural environment. But you don’t need to be a superhero to stay here!
During your holiday kids as well as parents can take part in our interactive activities, collect badges and learn simple things that will have a positive impact on the environment.
With the sun shining over our heads, why not have a cold drink on the bar terrace? During high season, you can also have a quick snack such as pizza, salad, a sandwich or an ice-cream. The restaurant is right next to the heated swimming pool, covered in low season and uncovered as soon as the weather allows it. Young kids can swim in complete safety in our paddling pool.
Don't forget the spa (adults only - small charges apply). There is a Finnish sauna, a hammam, two Jacuzzi tubs, light therapy, and various massages and treatments.
On site you will also find a variety of activities including horse-riding, high ropes courses, archery, mini golf and our own mini theme park (extra charges apply).
Forgot something? At the shop, you will find a variety of local produce, drinks, fruit and veg.

Many sites set a maximum occupancy of 6/8 people per pitch, so try breaking your booking down into smaller groups to generate more results. For example, if you’re a group of 10, enter 5 people in your initial search and then book 2 pitches.
However, where the pitch or accommodation occupancy allows it, you can now make a booking for up to 30 adults and 30 children on one pitch.
To book multiple pitches or accommodation, use the 'Special requests' box on the booking page to ask to be sited together. Complete the booking form for the first booking (you can add a password and save your card so that we remember your details). Then click "Make another booking like this" at the top of the confirmation page to make the next booking.
Large groups: check the listing page for any group restrictions set out in the terms and section titled ‘Please note’.
Large tents/caravans: check the restrictions on unit dimensions to ensure your unit is suitable for the space you will be provided with.

From Poitiers take the N147 towards Limoges and continue on this road for approximately 20km.
Leave the N147 and follow the directions towards Dienné. Follow the signs towards DéfiPlanet or Domaine de Dienné.
Local attractions
You can reach Poitiers within one hour drive.
The Futuroscope and wildlife parks of the Valley of the Monkeys, the Island Snake and the Crocodile Planet are also within an hour's drive.
Visit the medieval town of Chauvigny, the Abbey of St Savin and the circuit of Val de Vienne (Le Vigeant), which are also within one hour drive from the campsite.

Balance refunds: no penalties

Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.
No refunds for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
Please note that your deposit is paid to Pitchup.com and is non-refundable.
Payment
A 15% non-refundable deposit is payable now.
The balance is due 30 days
before arrival, or if the arrival date is sooner than 30 days
then the balance should be paid as soon as possible.
Hired accommodation: €200 damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
