We have been known to lurk around Brighton quite a bit. We're there more times than we pretend to be when talking to bosses, loved ones and anyone else who might be hot on our trail, but we think this merely shows impeccable judgement on our part. Eating a second portion of fish and chips on the pier, gawping at the Royal Pavilion or lazing on the beach just taste better when playing truant, although for some reason pointing this out to those on our trail does not seem to go down well.
And from Brighton, there’s East Sussex, with more beaches, castles and the town of Hastings with 1066 and all that. And then there’s London just an hour away by train – Brighton’s known as London-by-the-Sea, after all…
