Noble Court Holiday Park

Noble Court Holiday Park (photo ajoutée par le gestionnaire le 24 juin 2014)

Présentation

Noble Court is the perfect location to base yourself to relax and explore Pembrokeshire. We're a family-owned park set in 40 acres of Pembrokeshire countryside with fantastic views, a convenient third of a mile from the A40 and just a short stroll from the centre of the gorgeous town of Narberth. You're never far from popular holiday destinations should you want to explore farms, theme parks and castles, and there are opportunities to go karting and quad biking nearby too so youngsters, and those who fancy themselves as young at heart, can try a bit of (safe and appealing) thrill seeking.

The camping field is set within a wildflower meadow with areas cut to provide clear areas to pitch your tent (unique, we think) and is ideal for those after a quiet break. The site has free hot showers, washing-up areas and water points available for guests to have an easy and carefree getaway. Noble Court also has a choice of hardstanding or grass pitches for tourers and motorhomes.

Noble Court has acres of lovely walks to soak up the countryside, wildflowers in abundance and loads of wildlife to spot, a great way to let the children burn up some energy or simply to take the dog for a stroll (dogs are required to be kept on leads at all times on site).

Noble Court doesn't have a shop, but Narberth is half a mile away and has plenty of shops for all you need, including lovely local produce. The bar at Noble Court has been refurbished recently and is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink with old friends and new; children are welcome also. On the colder evenings come and enjoy a drink by the open fire. Please note that opening times vary and we don’t offer food or entertainment.

The park has an outdoor swimming pool which is free of charge open from Whitsun until the end of August (children under 16 do require supervision in this area). We also have two playgrounds, ping pong, a pool table and a games arcade.

Fishing is available free of charge, please bring your own fishing equipment and a licence. The lake is stocked with coy, carp, tench and roach.

We think that Noble Court really is the perfect place to relax and explore: come and try it for yourself!

Attractions à proximité

Pitching up in inland Pembrokeshire, you’d expect nothing less than countryside to make a city dweller swoon. Noble Park is in the thick of it, but aside from just standing back and taking in the scenery, embark on a few jaunts to really soak up the atmosphere (and maybe the odd ale) of the place too.

Experiencing Wales doesn't come much more authentic than strolling into small and lively Narberth. Just a short walk from the park, the friendly little town is lined with attractive cottages and shops and has plenty to offer visitors for a day or evening out. Mooch around the stylish boutiques and antique shops; take home treats from The Welsh Farmhouse Company, then stop in at one of the town’s pubs or cafés. Make your own trip memento while you sip a cuppa at The Creative Café - where you can decorate your own pottery while you tuck into a snack. Just don’t get the two mixed up, otherwise your lemon drizzle may not taste as you’d hope.

Scenic walks, horse riding and outdoor activities are also available about the town as is the chance to explore the remains of Narberth Castle which dates back to 1116. Still seeking entertainment? Check out the events going on at the town’s Queens Hall. Sampling some of the best local beers in the town’s unique and quirky pubs, all within walking distance from the campsite, is great fun too.

The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is a short drive away. The 240 square miles here capture where ocean meets land: take to the waves on your surfboard, don your walking boots for hiking or hop on a bike and follow the cycle routes. The National Park’s natural habitats and farmland make it a haven for wildlife enthusiasts with lots of rare species of flora and fauna to spy, while sandy beaches and rocky coves reaffirm the beauty of the Welsh coast. Just offshore lie Pembrokeshire’s unique islands, each with their own special characteristics. Now if these don’t get the children’s imaginations running wild as they whip up tales Enid Blyton herself would be proud of, we don't know what will.

Historians, gather round! Prepare to be fascinated by the prehistoric tombs, Celtic crosses, Iron Age hill forts, Norman castles, medieval churches and Victorian towns and villages surrounding Noble Park.

Educate and entertain the children at Folly Farm, just ten minutes south of the park. This adventure park has a zoo and a vintage funfair to busy youngsters all day long. Carry on southward and animal lovers will find Manor House Wildlife Park and slightly further still you’ll get to Heatherton Activity Park. Paintballing, archery, tree-top climbing, go-karting, golf… you name it, we’re pretty sure this leisure park offers it. While you’re Tenby-way, make a trip to Makin’ Tracks for the chance to hop aboard tanks, Segway’s and quads: if it’s got wheels and picks up a bit of speed, you’re likely to be able to ride it here.

Hop on to the A40, just a third of a mile from Noble Court, and you’ll gain easy access to all the area’s main attractions to the west and south-west. Oakwood Theme Park and Clerkenhill Adventure Farm are both around a ten-minute car journey away from the park. Grab your cossie and hit Pembrokeshire’s all-year-round water park Bluestone and Blue Lagoon which is less than ten minutes west on the A40: the flumes, inflatables and wave machines will mean coaxing the children out may be tricky, but the evening opening times mean you won’t need to rush them away.

Just half an hour south-west lies Pembroke Castle, the birthplace of Henry VII. Informative and entertaining for visitors young and old, this is ‘hands-on’ history. Explore the labyrinth of passageways, look out over the river estuary from the tower and head up 75ft to the (exceptionally) Great Keep; pack a picnic and sit in the green grounds or take to Wogan Cavern for lunch in the castle’s stylish café.

Conditions supplémentaires

A contract between you and Celtic Holiday Parks binds you and all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms and conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of the booking.

We try very hard to provide all facilities as advertised. It may, however, be necessary to make some alterations in advance of your holiday. If such change is necessary, we will endeavour to advise you in writing as soon as possible, and give you the options in the cancellation policy.

As an experienced and responsible operator, our aim is to provide all the services and facilities as described in our brochure. Should it be necessary for us to make any major changes to your booking, or in exceptional circumstances cancel your booking, we will endeavour to advise you, and provide the following options:

a) A replacement holiday comparable or superior to the one booked.

b) A replacement holiday together with the difference in price between the holiday and the holiday booked or

c) A full refund

In addition to the above and provided it does not arise from circumstances beyond our control, we will also pay compensation for any provable loss.

Infectious or contagious diseases could easily be passed on to other guests whilst on holiday. You must inform the duty manager should you contract any such illness whilst on holiday. In order to protect our guests and team, anyone found to have such a condition may be confined or requested to leave the park. Please note that, in such circumstances, we are unable to offer refunds, and we therefore recommend that you take out personal insurance.

Certain facilities may have age restrictions. To ensure our guests' enjoyment in the swimming pools, session bathing may occur. The operation of the parks is subject to legislation and the guidelines laid down by the Health & Safety Executive and local authorities and their codes of practice. We accordingly reserve the right to adjust our services in order to meet these standards. It is possible that, in some circumstances, accommodation or a facility may be temporarily withdrawn, due to maintenance, renovation, adverse weather conditions, changes in governmental legislation, or any other factor outside our control. We reserve the right to make such alterations in the above circumstances without prior notice, and are unable to accept liability for the loss of an advertised facility, or to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused. Should changes occur, we will advise of these changes where made prior to booking, and will use reasonable endeavours to advise guests already booked of any changes made thereafter. Certain facilities are subject to additional cost. Parks with fishing as a facility require a rod licence, and additional charges where applicable.

The park has an outdoor swimming pool which is free of charge open from Whitsun until the end of August (children under 16 do require supervision in this area).

There is no charge for fishing you need your own equipment and a current fishing licence on producing this the site will issue the permit required.
