Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Pitches

• Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on the campsite.

Extras

• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. Cars are not permitted when travelling with a motorhome/campervan.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8am to 6pm between 01/03 and 01/11.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra cars must be parked in the designated area.

Occupancy

• We cater for families and couples only.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

General

• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

• This is an adults-only site. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed on site.

General

• Total silence must be respected between 12pm and 8am.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Pitches

• Pitches: a £10 deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the campsite must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the campsite/park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Vehicles

• No cars by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
